Design and build our AI products, with scope spanning frontend, backend and infrastructure rather than a narrow lane.

Requirements

3+ years of web application development experience
Professional experience with TypeScript / React or an equivalent modern framework
Experience designing and building on relational databases
Business-level Japanese communication

AI Engineer

Full-timeTokyo / remote friendly

Design and implement LLM-based document generation and voice dialogue, focused on accuracy and getting it to hold up in production.

Requirements

Experience building applications on LLMs
Implementation experience in Python
Hands-on experience with evaluation design and accuracy improvement

Business Development / Customer Success

Run customer discovery, proposals and post-deployment support. Industry knowledge can be learned on the job.

Requirements

Experience in B2B proposals or implementation support
Interest in structuring and understanding customers’ operations
